Description

DreamCream Waffle Powder is a proprietary, in-house developed bubble waffle mix.
It is supplied in 1 kg packaging, from which 11–12 delicious, well-shaped bubble waffles can be prepared.
When prepared correctly, its texture is so stable that it can hold melting ice cream, liquid toppings, and fruit for many minutes without collapsing or breaking apart.

Preparation:
Add 900 ml of water to 1 kg of waffle mix and mix until there are no lumps. Ready for baking.

It is important that the waffle batter is at room temperature.
Baking time: 4–5 minutes.
