Description
The digestion-friendly waffle mix is made from gluten-free certified ingredients in a facility that also processes traditional flour. Therefore, it may contain traces of airborne gluten.

Yields: 12 waffle portions

Preparation:
Add 1200 ml of water to 1 kg of waffle mix and stir until smooth and lump-free. Ready to bake immediately.
It is important that the mix is at room temperature. Baking time is 4–5 minutes.
Ingredients:
Sugar, potato starch, corn starch, gluten-free wholegrain oat flour, whole egg powder, rice flour, baking powder
[raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), corn starch], thickener (guar gum), flavourings, colours (curcumin, carotenes).
Allergens:
May contain gluten, crustaceans, fish, soy, milk, nuts, celery, sulphites and molluscs.
